All orders placed with Haus von Heim constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed at hausvonheim.com and below. All components shall remain the property of Haus von Heim until paid in full. The most efficient method for placing orders with Haus von Heim is via the website store. Orders placed through the website will be processed within 3-5 business days. Notices will be sent for orders that contain items that are currently on back-order. Please use an accurate email address during checkout to ensure all communications regarding your transaction are successful. Orders can also be placed with an email request. All orders requested via email will be sent a PayPal invoice. Invoices through PayPal can be paid without needing a PayPal account.

In the event that our computer server/database encounters technical difficulties causing incorrect product pricing or shipping calculations, Haus von Heim will correct all discrepancies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to continue with their order with corrected totals or cancel their order. Haus von Heim will not be held responsible for any miscalculated totals due to website errors. All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Product photos are for illustration purposes only; some product colors/pigmentation may differ from actual photos.

Haus von Heim accepts the following payment methods through our secure online website and processed by PayPal: Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Payments sent through PayPal can be made to the Haus von Heim account: sales@hausvonheim.com. Payments will be accepted in U.S. currency only.


We ship all orders to the address specified during checkout as the “shipping address”. Please use a deliverable address. Haus von Heim will not be held responsible for the loss of a package due to inaccuracies in the shipping address. All undeliverable packages returned to Haus von Heim will result in a refund to the customer less shipping charges.

Shipping charges are based on weight and dimensions. During checkout, several shipping options are provided. Please select the option that is suitable to your needs. Shipping times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Tracking information, if obtainable, will be emailed to the customer when the package leaves our facility. International shipments can be delayed due to Customs which is beyond the control of Haus von Heim. International shipments can take 30 days to reach destination. Any duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country’s Customs and Tariff Policies before placing an order.

Items on back-order will ship as soon as they become available. Updates on availability will be emailed when possible to the customer. Some items may remain on back-order longer than originally quoted. Back-ordered items may be canceled for a full refund before they ship.
Haus von Heim packages all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Occasionally, damage may still occur in transit. Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Damages and evidence of tampering must be reported to Haus von Heim and shipping carrier immediately. If damage is observed, refuse the package and ‘return to sender’.

If you received a wrong item, contact Haus von Heim at sales@hausvonheim.com within 5 business days from the date of receipt to obtain a valid ‘return merchandise authorization’ (RMA) number. Replacements will be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by Haus von Heim.


Returns on “new” merchandise for exchange or refund will be allowed within 30 days from the date of shipment. “New” merchandise cannot be used or show signs of damage from installation or mounting. If you install or modify parts ordered in any way, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges.

All returns must be accompanied with a “return merchandise authorization” (RMA). To receive an RMA, you must contact Haus von Heim at sales@hausvonheim.com. When requesting an RMA, please provide the following details: Name, Order Number, Reason for Return, Date of Purchase, and Phone Number. Returns will not be processed without an RMA. Returns must also be received within 14 days from the issuance of the RMA. A RMA does not guarantee a refund or replacement. All returns will be inspected upon return to Haus von Heim for return eligibility. Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Please maintain all shipping and tracking information until your return is processed. Haus von Heim is not responsible for items lost in shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of your original invoice and contact information with all returns. Eligible returns will be exchanged or refunded less a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued by PayPal or to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Purchases may be cancelled for a full refund before the order ships. Please contact Haus von Heim immediately at sales@hausvonheim.com to stop the processing of an order. Once cancellation is confirmed, a credit will be issued.

Orders already shipped from the Haus von Heim facility cannot be cancelled and will fall under the Returns for Refund or Exchange guidelines.

Special order or customized items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the proper size and application of all components before installation.
